- Drive the implementation of strategic and operational HR programs aligned with the organization goals and in compliance with local legislation.
- Manage the recruitment process including job advertisement, shortlisting, interviews, references, psychometrics, salary negotiations and on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Lead the performance management process by guiding and advising managers on continued staff development by setting objectives, development plans, coaching and providing feedback. Consult with line managers to proactively identify and address employee performance issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and morale based on feedback from climate surveys, exit interviews etc. throughout the business by liaising with HODs to assist with productivity and retention & building a positive working environment.
- Manage employees’ compensation and benefits program. Establish industry benchmarking on salaries to advocate competitive wages for employee retention. Organize non-monetary benefits to staff, such as company events and annual strategy workshops.
- Oversee entire hiring and recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and working with recruitment agencies.
- Liaise with government sectors to manage expatriates employment, including visa application, work and dependent passes, inbound and repatriation processes, tenancy, contracts, benefits, and relocation.
- Continually review the HR manual and policies to ensure compliance with the organization’s strategy, existing labor laws and the present challenges.
- Co-ordinates and guides HR BPs in facilitating the talent cycle including performance management, talent reviews, succession plans, career development planning and diversity and inclusion in collaboration with Organizational Capability.
