Job Summary:
To pro-actively sell and market FA-MAS products and services to customers maximizing registrations through tele sales, online marketing and direct mail campaigns to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Reporting to:
• Sales and Marketing Specialist


Duties And Responsibilities


• Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
• Maintaining and developing FAMAS image and reputation, protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities.

• Creating and developing a database of clients and prospects.
• Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management information.
• Solving the queries and concerns of the clients about FAMAS and its packages.
• Product presentations to prospective customers.
• Compiling sales analysis statistics.
• Carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for each event, identifying key audiences and utilizing all channels to promote all FAMAS packages
• Managing social media pages, website are up-to-date, engaging and effective and other printed materials used in promotions.
• To provide marketing advice and expertise to internal and external customers
• Provide regular reports summarizing the outcomes of all the marketing activities
• Manage external printers and designers to ensure that all materials are of the required standard, and come in on time, within budget and on brand.
• To undertake any other duties considered to fall within the scope of the position as directed by the Sales and Marketing Specialist.

Qualifications And Experience


Sales and Marketing Officer ToR
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, a product, service, or area of sales and marketing specialization.
• Highly reliable.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing and communications, strategic management, and public relations.
• A certificate in Digital Marketing will be a distinct advantage
• Customer service experience required.
• Proven experience with medical aid insurance and customer relationship management

Required Skills/Abilities:
•Excellent communication skills including active listening.
•Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
•Results oriented-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
•Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Sales analytics software, Sales intelligence and sales prospecting software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., sales conversion, customer retention)
